Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Adityareddy Vangala for my diabetes and blood pressure for about five years now, since he was at his old clinic. I followed him to Medicover. That says it all, really. He remembers my history, never rushes me, and explains things in a way that makes sense. I trust him completely because he's consistent. The hospital is fancy, but I'm there for the doctor.
My 8-year-old son had a high fever that wouldn't break, and he was so listless. We were really scared. Dr. Vangala was so calm with him, talked to him directly in a gentle voice before even examining him. He explained everything to us as parentswhat he was looking for, what the medicine would dowithout making us feel stupid for panicking. The wait was long that evening (lots of sick kids), but once we were in, he gave us his full attention. Our son bounced back in two days.
Had a bad stomach thing. Went to Medicover, saw Dr. Vangala. He fixed it. Straight to the point, told me what to eat, what to avoid. Got the right meds. Feeling normal now.
I went in for what I thought was just a really bad fluaches, fever, the works. Dr. Vangala listened to me list off my symptoms, then asked a few more questions about a specific pain in my side I'd barely mentioned. He had a hunch it might be shingles starting, even without the rash being fully visible yet. He explained why catching it early mattered. Sure enough, the rash appeared the next day, but because he started the treatment early, the whole episode was way less severe than my friend's experience. It felt like he was connecting dots other doctors might have missed.
