Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors about this nagging fatigue and stomach pain, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Ray actually listened. He asked a ton of questions, even some that seemed unrelated. He ordered a specific test the others hadn't, and it turned out to be a tricky thyroid issue combined with a mild food intolerance. It wasn't a quick fix, but he laid out a clear plan. I'm finally feeling like myself again.
Had to get a small cyst removed from my back. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Ray made it so simple. He explained everything step-by-step in the room, the actual procedure took maybe ten minutes, and I barely felt a thing. The whole thing was just... easy. Follow-up was a breeze, and the scar is healing really well. It was exactly what you hope a routine visit will be.
The Apollo facility is huge, and I got a bit turned around finding the right wing. But the front desk lady saw me looking lost and walked me right to the clinic. The nurse who took my vitals was really kind and chatted with me to calm my nerves. Even though the place was busy and the parking lot was packed, the team in Dr. Ray's unit made it feel organized and calm. It makes a difference.
What stuck with me most was how Dr. Ray talks to you. He doesn't rush. He sat down, looked me in the eye, and explained my mother's condition in words we could actually understand. He drew a little diagram on his notepad. When we were worried, he didn't dismiss it; he addressed each fear directly, without any sugar-coating but with a lot of patience. You feel like a person, not just a case.
