Patient Experience
I'd been to three other doctors for this nagging fatigue and pain. Everyone said it was stress. Dr. Jayasimha Reddy at Star Hospital actually listened, asked different questions, and ordered a specific test no one else had. Turns out it was a thyroid issue that was messing with everything. He explained it in a way that finally made sense. I'm on treatment now and feel like myself again.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Reddy made it simple. The whole thing at Star Hospital was quicker than I expected. In and out the same day, and the stitches were so neat you can barely see them now. It was just a routine thing for them, but they still made sure I was comfortable.
Parking at Banjara Hills is always a nightmare, so I was already flustered when I got to Star Hospital. But the front desk lady was really kind, and the nurse who took my vitals cracked a joke that calmed me down. The place itself is clean and quiet, which helped. By the time I saw Dr. Reddy, I was a lot less stressed.
What stuck with me about Dr. Reddy was how he talked to my elderly mother. He didn't just look at me for answers. He sat down, made eye contact with her, and explained her new medication slowly, using simple words. He checked twice that she understood. You don't see that kind of patience everywhere.
