Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors with this weird fatigue and stomach pain, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Reddy actually listened. He asked a ton of questions I hadn't been asked before, ordered some specific tests, and figured out it was a tricky autoimmune thing. He drew me a little diagram on his notepad to explain it. Finally had a name for it and a plan.
Had to get a cyst removed from my back. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Reddy made it sound so straightforward. The whole thing took maybe twenty minutes in his clinic room. He talked me through each step, and it really was as simple as he said. The parking lot was packed that day, but the procedure itself was smooth and quick.
The place is big and can feel a bit overwhelming, but the nurses at Dr. Reddy's clinic were really kind. I was early for my appointment and had to wait a bit, but one of them noticed I looked anxious and brought me a glass of water, just a small thing. It made the whole environment feel less clinical.
What I remember most is how he talked to my elderly mother. She gets confused easily. He didn't rush her, he repeated things without sounding annoyed, and he looked at her, not just me, when explaining her medication. That kind of patience is rare.
