Patient Experience
I'd been to three other doctors about this constant fatigue and stomach pain. Everyone said it was stress. Dr. Sunil was the first one who actually listened and didn't just shrug. He ordered some different tests, sat me down, and explained it was a tricky thyroid issue affecting my gut. It wasn't obvious, but he figured it out. I'm on the right meds now and finally feel like myself.
Had to get a small cyst removed from my back. Honestly, I was nervous about the whole thing. But Dr. Sunil made it so simple. He explained each step in the room, the actual procedure was over in what felt like minutes, and the stitches were so neat you can barely see the scar now. It was just... easy. No drama, just good work.
The Star Hospital lobby was packed, and I had to circle for parking. I walked in flustered. But the lady at the front desk saw it and was so calm, got me checked in quickly. The nurse who took my vitals cracked a joke about the weather. The place just felt organized and the people were kind, which really settled my nerves before I even saw the doctor.
What I remember most is how Dr. Sunil talked to my mom. She's older and gets confused. He didn't rush her. He pulled up a chair, looked her in the eye, and explained her new blood pressure medicine using simple words. He made sure she understood, not just me. You don't see that kind of patience much anymore.
