I was really nervous going in. It was my first time at Apollo Health City and I was a bit lost, but the staff pointed me to Dr. Venkat's clinic. He saw I was anxious and just talked to me for a few minutes first, about normal stuff. He explained everything he was checking in simple terms. I left feeling much lighter than when I walked in. He just has a calm way about him.

Had a persistent stomach issue. Went to Dr. Venkat Nani Kumar B. at Apollo Jubilee Hills. He listened, asked direct questions, ordered the right tests. Diagnosis was clear, treatment plan worked. Follow-up was efficient. Good doctor. Solved the problem.

One doesn't always expect such kindness in a big hospital. Dr. Venkat was... gentle. He didn't rush, even though the waiting area was quite busy. He took the time to listen to all my little concerns, which I know can seem silly. His advice was practical and he made sure I understood. A very considerate doctor.

Finally! After months of feeling run-down and seeing a couple of other doctors, my friend insisted I see Dr. Venkat. What a difference! He actually pieced together symptoms I didn't even think were related. Got me on a new plan and I've got my energy back. The guy knows his stuff. So glad I went!
