Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors about this nagging fatigue and stomach thing, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Santhysri actually listened, asked a bunch of questions I hadn't been asked before, and ordered some different tests. Turns out it was a thyroid issue that was messing with everything else. She explained it all on a notepad, drew little diagrams. Finally felt like someone connected the dots.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous about the whole hospital thing. But Dr. Santhysri made it simple. The procedure itself was quick, she talked me through each step, and the recovery was exactly how she said it would be. No drama, no surprises. Sometimes you just want things to be straightforward, and it was.
The hospital itself is nice and clean, but what stood out was the team. The front desk lady remembered my name when I came for my follow-up, which was a nice touch. The nurse who took my vitals was really calmingI was running late and a bit flustered, and she just had a way of slowing things down. It felt like everyone was on the same page.
Look, I don't really like doctors' offices. But Dr. Santhysri has this way about her. She doesn't rush you. She sat down, looked at me, not just my file. When I told her I was worried about the cost of the medication, she actually discussed a couple of different options with me. Felt like I was talking to a person, not just a medical professional.
