Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Reddy for my blood pressure and general health for about five years now. He remembers everything, even small details from my last visit, which makes me feel like he's actually paying attention. The clinic at Medicover can get busy, but he never rushes me. I trust him completely because he's consistenthe explains things the same clear way every time and never pushes unnecessary tests.
Had my gallbladder out at Medicover last month. The surgery itself is one thing, but the recovery was rough. Dr. Reddy checked on me every single morning, even on the weekend. He was really direct about what pain to expect and when it should start getting better, which helped a lot because then I wasn't panicking. He adjusted my meds a couple times based on how I was feeling, not just a standard plan. I'm back at work now and feeling almost normal.
Went to Dr. Reddy for a bad flu that wouldn't quit. He listened, didn't over-prescribe, and told me exactly what to watch for. Got better in a few days. Straightforward guy, good doctor.
So I'd been ignoring this nagging pain in my side for weeks, thinking it was just stress. Finally went to Medicover, a bit nervous because I hate hospitals. The parking was a nightmare, had to circle twice. Dr. Reddy had a really calm way about him. He asked a ton of questions, even some that seemed unrelated, and then explained how it could be a few different things. He ordered a scan to be sureturned out to be a minor kidney thing, easily treated with meds. What stuck with me was how he took the time to walk me through the scan images on his screen, pointing out what we were looking at and what was normal. Felt like he actually cared that I understood, not just that I was fixed.
