Patient Experience
I needed a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Reddy made it simple. He explained each step in the clinic room itself, the whole thing was over in maybe twenty minutes, and I barely felt a thing. It was one of those things you dread, but it turned out to be completely straightforward. Follow-up was quick, too.
The hospital itself is nice and calm, which helps when you're not feeling great. But what really stood out was the team. The lady at the front desk helped me sort my paperwork without making me feel like a bother, and the nurse who took my vitals was really kind, chatting to distract me. It felt like everyone was on the same page.
For months, I just felt offtired, some weird pains, nothing that made sense. Saw a couple of doctors who said it was stress. Dr. Reddy actually listened. He didn't rush. He asked about things no one else had, ordered some specific tests, and figured out it was a tricky thyroid issue that was messing with everything else. I was so relieved someone finally put the puzzle together.
What I liked most about Dr. Reddy is how normal he makes you feel. He doesn't talk down to you. When I was worried about some medication side effects, he just sat back and said, 'Okay, let's talk about what's bothering you,' and we worked out a different plan together. You don't get that everywhere.
