Patient Experience
I was so nervous going in, my hands were shaking. Dr. Rathore just talked to me like a normal person, explained everything in simple words, and by the end I felt silly for worrying so much. He’s really calm and doesn’t make you feel rushed.
Had my gallbladder out at Apollo. The surgery went fine, but the first couple days after were rough. Dr. Rathore’s team was on it with the pain meds and he checked on me every morning. He was straight about what to expect during recovery, which helped a lot. Still sore, but getting better each day.
Saw Dr. Rathore for a stubborn sinus thing. Got in, he listened, gave me a script, and I was out. Fixed the problem. No fuss.
My whole family was down with a nasty flu, and I was the last one standing until I wasn’t. Felt awful, called Apollo, and got an appointment with Dr. Rathore. The waiting room was packed, had to stand for a bit. When I finally saw him, he looked exhausted but still focused. He asked about my kids’ symptoms too, gave me advice for them, and prescribed what I needed. What stuck with me was him saying, ‘You’re the family nurse, you need to get better first.’ It was a long day, but he made it feel manageable.
