Patient Experience
I'd been to a few doctors about this nagging pain and fatigue, and everyone had a different theory. Honestly, I was getting pretty frustrated. Dr. Garge was different. He actually sat and listened to the whole confusing timeline, asked questions no one else had, and ordered a specific test I'd never heard of. Turns out it was a pretty rare thyroid issue. He explained it in a way that finally made sense. I'm on the right meds now and feel like myself again.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Nothing major, but I was nervous at first. Dr. Garge walked me through the whole thing in the clinic, showed me a diagram, and made sure I was comfortable. The day of the procedure, he checked in right before and cracked a small joke that actually helped. It was over in maybe twenty minutes. The whole thing was just... straightforward. No drama, no fuss, just exactly what I needed.
The parking at Apollo was a nightmare that morning, so I showed up a bit flustered for my appointment. The front desk lady could tell and was really kind about it. The whole place just felt calm and clean. When I saw Dr. Garge, he didn't rush me even though I was late. His nurse was also great, very gentle when taking my vitals. It's the little things that make a difference when you're not feeling great.
What I remember most is how he talked to my elderly mother. She gets confused easily and was scared about some new medication. Dr. Garge pulled his chair up close, looked right at her, and explained everything using simple words, not medical jargon. He repeated things patiently when she asked. He treated her with such respect, not like she was a burden. That meant more to our family than anything.
