I was a complete wreck before my appointment. My hands were shaking in the waiting room. But from the moment Dr. Omay walked in, he just had this calm way about him. He didn't rush me at all, even though I know he's busy. He explained everything in simple terms, drew little diagrams on a notepad. I left feeling like a weight had been lifted. I'm actually not dreading my follow-up.

Had a persistent issue. Went to Emsey Hospital. Saw Prof. Dr. Serdar Bedii Omay. He listened, asked direct questions, ordered the right tests. Diagnosis was clear, treatment plan made sense. Problem resolved. Efficient, knowledgeable. Would recommend.

The hospital itself is very modern, but it was his personal attention that made the difference. A very kind and capable doctor.

Finally! After seeing a couple of other doctors who just shrugged, I got an answer from Dr. Omay. He figured it out in one consultation. I was so relieved I almost hugged him (I didn't). He's sharp, has a great sense of humor that put me at ease, and just knows his stuff. The whole experience was a massive relief.
