Had my gallbladder out with Dr. Zadran last month. The first couple days were rough, I won't lie, but her team had a clear plan for the pain that actually worked. She checked on me every morning and adjusted things based on how I was feeling, not just some chart. Felt like she was really listening. Still taking it easy, but the follow-up call last week was a nice touch.

I've been seeing Dr. Zadran for about five years now for my thyroid management. What I appreciate is that she remembers me, remembers my history, and we just pick up where we left off. She doesn't jump to change my meds with every slight fluctuation in my labs, she looks at the whole picture. In a city with so many doctors, that kind of consistency is hard to find. I trust her judgment completely.

Needed a doctor quick while visiting family in Istanbul. Found Dr. Zadran. Straight to the point, figured out it was a bad sinus infection, got me the right meds. Done. Parking at Emsey was a nightmare, but she was efficient and knew her stuff. Would see her again.

I was really nervous about needing a colonoscopy. Dr. Zadran walked me through the whole thing beforehand, even drew a little diagram on the paper sheet. The day of, the prep was awful (as expected), but she came in before I went under, cracked a joke about the gown, and just made me feel like a person, not a procedure. When I woke up, she was there with my husband, explaining everything they saw in plain Turkish. It was a long day, but she handled all the scary parts with a real calmness.
