I needed a standard health check for a new job and was a bit nervous about the whole process. Dr. Tuba made it really straightforward. She explained each step as we went, and the whole thing was over before I knew it. Got my results back quickly, and everything was fine. It was just a check-up, but she managed to make it feel less like a chore.
The parking at Emsey was completely full when I arrived, which put me in a bad mood. But from the moment I walked in, the staff were so calm and helpful. The woman at reception saw I was flustered and helped me sort it out. Even the nurse who took my vitals was really kind. By the time I saw Dr. Tuba, I was actually relaxed. The whole place just has a good, professional vibe.
What I remember most is how Dr. Tuba talks to you. I was worried about some test results, and she didn't just read them off a screen. She turned her chair to face me, made sure I understood what everything meant, and asked if I had questions. She has this way of being direct but also really gentle. You leave feeling heard, not just processed.
