Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors for this nagging stomach pain, and everyone just said it was acidity. Dr. Praneeth actually listened to the whole history, even the parts I thought were unrelated. He ordered a specific scan I hadn't had before. Turns out it was a tricky gallbladder issue that wasn't obvious. He explained it clearly with a diagram, and the surgery at Medicover sorted it out. I feel like he actually figured it out when others didn't bother.
Needed to get a small cyst removed from my back. Honestly, I was nervous about any procedure. Dr. Praneeth made it sound so straightforward. The day of, the whole thing took maybe twenty minutes. He talked me through what he was doing the whole time, which really helped. The parking lot was packed that morning, but once I was in, it was quick and honestly painless. Back to normal the next day.
The hospital itself is nice and clean, which matters. But what stood out was the team. The front desk lady helped me fill out a form I was struggling with, and the nurse who took my vitals was really kindshe could see I was anxious and just chatted about normal stuff to distract me. It felt like everyone, from the reception to Dr. Praneeth's assistant, was on the same page and wanted to help.
What I really liked about Dr. Praneeth is that he doesn't rush you. He sits down, looks at you, and lets you finish talking. I had a lot of questions about my dad's medication, and he answered every single one without making me feel silly for asking. He's got a calm way about him that just makes you feel more confident. You leave feeling heard, not just processed.
