Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors for this weird fatigue and pain, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Suganya was different. She actually listened, asked a ton of questions I hadn't been asked before, and ordered some specific tests. Turns out it was something pretty rare. She explained it all clearly, without making me feel stupid for not knowing the medical terms. I finally feel like we're getting somewhere.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Suganya made it so straightforward. The whole thing was over in what felt like minutes. She checked in the next day herself to see how the healing was going. It was just a routine thing for her, I'm sure, but she made it feel important.
The Apollo facility in Karur is nice and clean, which helped. But what really stood out was the nurse at the front desk. I was a bit flustered, couldn't find my old reports, and she was so patient. She helped me sort it out before I even saw the doctor. It set a really calm tone for the whole visit.
My kid was really scared about getting a check-up. Dr. Suganya didn't just talk to me; she got down on his level, showed him the stethoscope, let him listen to his own heartbeat. She has this really calm way of talking that just puts you at ease. He left asking when we could come back, which is a first!
