Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Ferdinant for my blood pressure and general health for almost eight years now. What I appreciate most is that he remembers me, remembers my history, and never rushes. The clinic at Apollo Adlux can get busy, but he always makes our 15 minutes count. He's the first doctor I've had where I don't feel like just another file on a desk.
My 7-year-old, Leo, had a high fever that just wouldn't break, and we were really scared. Dr. Ferdinant at Apollo Adlux was so calm with him. He got down to Leo's level, explained everything in a way a kid could understand about the "germ fighters," and even showed him the stethoscope first. He called us the next day to check in, which meant a lot. Leo isn't afraid of doctors anymore.
Saw Dr. Ferdinant J. for a bad sinus thing. Got in, he listened, gave me a clear plan. No fuss. Parking at the hospital was a nightmare, but the appointment itself was straightforward. Would go back.
I went to Apollo Adlux with what I thought was just a lingering cough. Dr. Ferdinant didn't just write a script. He asked about my work stress, my sleep, things I hadn't even connected. He actually listened to me breathe for what felt like a full minute, then sat back and laid out two possible paths—a simple fix or a deeper look if the first didn't work. He made me feel like we were figuring it out together, not like he was just handing down orders. The cough cleared up, but more importantly, I felt heard.
