Patient Experience
Been seeing Dr. Kartik for my blood pressure for about five years now, ever since he was at his old clinic. I followed him here to Apollo Adlux. That says it all, really. He remembers my history, asks about my family, and never rushes me. The new hospital is bigger, so sometimes you wait a bit longer, but I don't mind. You want a doctor who knows you, not just the chart. He's that doctor.
Had a stubborn skin infection on my leg. Went to Dr. Kartik Kulshrestha. He looked at it, prescribed a cream and some pills. Cleared up in a week. No fuss, no unnecessary tests. Appointment was on time. He explained what it was and what to do. Job done.
I was so worried about these constant stomach aches. My daughter finally made me go. Dr. Kartik was... very calm. He listened to all my worries, which were many, and didn't make me feel silly. He ordered a few tests to be sure, but his manner alone made me feel better. He has a gentle way of explaining things. It turned out to be something manageable with diet. I'm just so grateful for his kindness.
Okay, full disclosure: I hate hospitals. I put off this checkup for ages because I was dreading the whole thing. But Dr. Kartik is actually great! He cracked a joke when I came in looking nervous, which helped. Went through everything step-by-step, and when my bloodwork came back all clear, he gave me a genuine smile and said, "See? Not so bad." The parking situation here is a nightmare, but for a doctor who doesn't make you feel like just another number, it's worth it. Huge relief!
