Patient Experience
I'd been to a few doctors about this constant fatigue and stomach trouble. Everyone said it was stress. Dr. Dutt was the first one who actually listened to my whole history, asked about a trip I'd taken years ago, and ordered a specific test. Turns out it was a parasitic infection from that trip, hiding all this time. He figured it out when no one else even looked.
Had to get a minor cyst removed. Honestly, I was more worried about the hospital visit than the procedure itself. But Dr. Dutt's team made it simple. In and out the same day. The whole thing felt very standard for them, which was actually reassuring. It was just... smooth. No drama, no fuss.
The place was busy, I had to circle for parking, and I was late for my appointment. I was sure they'd be annoyed. But the front desk lady just smiled and said not to worry. The nurse who took my vitals was really calming, chatting about the weather. It didn't feel cold or clinical. That made a big difference before I even saw the doctor.
My son, he's eight, was terrified of doctors. Dr. Dutt didn't just talk to me; he got down on my son's level, showed him how the stethoscope worked, let him listen to his own heartbeat. He explained everything in a way a kid could get. My boy left asking when he could come back. That's a first.
