Had my gallbladder out last week. The first couple days were rough, but Dr. Purkait and his team had a clear plan for the pain. They checked on me regularly and adjusted things so I could actually rest. I'm moving around much better now and the instructions for home were simple to follow.

As an older person, hospital visits can be quite unsettling. Dr. Bimalesh Purkait at Manipal was very kind and took his time to explain things to me in a calm manner. He made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I felt I was in good hands.

Went in for a stubborn infection. Dr. Purkait fixed me up. Straight talk, got the right meds, done. No fuss.

I was really nervous about needing a procedure. The waiting area was busy, but once I got in to see Dr. Purkait, he just had a way of putting me at ease. He drew a little diagram on the pad to show me exactly what was going on and what he was going to do. It wasn't just a list of steps; he told it like a story, from start to finish, including what recovery would feel like. He was right about the soreness the next day, but knowing it was normal made it less scary. The whole experience felt very human.
