Patient Experience
I'd been to a few doctors about this constant fatigue and weird joint pain. Everyone said it was stress or just getting older. Dr. Mukherjee actually listened to the whole, messy story. He ordered a specific set of tests no one else had thought of, and it turned out to be something quite rare. He sat with me and my wife, drew diagrams on a notepad to explain it all. I'm on a treatment plan now and finally feel like myself again. He figured out what others missed.
Had to get a cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Mukherjee made it sound so straightforward. The day of, he walked me through each step before they started. The procedure itself was quick, hardly felt a thing. He even called that evening to check if I was feeling okay. For something that seemed like a big deal to me, he handled it like it was just another Tuesday, and that really put me at ease.
The Apollo facility is nice, I won't lie, but parking was a nightmare that morning. I was flustered by the time I got to the clinic. The front desk lady saw I was stressed, got me checked in fast, and even found me a glass of water. The whole team, from the nurses who took my vitals to the assistant who scheduled my follow-up, was just... competent and kind. It made a long day much easier to handle.
What I remember most is how he talks to you. He doesn't rush. He came in, sat down, and just asked 'So, what's going on?' like he had all the time in the world. When I explained my stomach issues, he didn't just jump to prescriptions. He asked about my diet, my work hours, everything. He's got a calm way about him that makes you feel like you're in good hands, not just on an assembly line.
