Patient Experience
Our little boy, Arjun, had been running a fever for five days straight. Nothing we did at home seemed to help, and we were terrified. The waiting area at Manipal was packed, and I was nearly in tears by the time we got in to see Dr. Mahua Bhattacharya. She didn't rush us. She listened to every worried word, examined Arjun so gently, and explained it was likely a viral infection but wanted to run a few tests to be absolutely sure. She spoke directly to Arjun, too, which made him smile for the first time in days. Her calmness when we were so scared meant everything. We left with clear instructions and, more importantly, with our minds at ease.
Had a persistent stomach issue for weeks. Went to Manipal Dhakuria. Saw Dr. Mahua Bhattacharya. She asked specific questions, ordered the right tests, diagnosed the problem quickly. Explained the treatment plan clearly. No fuss. Followed her advice, got better in a few days. Good doctor.
I was quite anxious about my check-up, as I'm not very comfortable in hospitals. Dr. Bhattacharya has such a quiet, kind way about her. She made sure I understood each step, and her manner was very reassuring. Even though the parking situation was a bit difficult that day, once I was in her room, I felt looked after. She took the time needed. I'm very grateful for her care.
Honestly, I was fed up with feeling tired all the time and getting passed from one clinic to another. My sister finally pushed me to book an appointment with Dr. Mahua Bhattacharya. What a difference! She actually figured it out turned out to be a simple vitamin deficiency that others had missed. She laid out a straightforward plan, and within a month, my energy was back. I feel like myself again! The clinic was running late that evening, but it was completely worth the wait. So glad I went.
