Patient Experience
I'd been to three other doctors about this constant fatigue and stomach pain. They all said it was stress. Dr. Dey was the first one who actually listened to my whole history, asked about a trip I'd taken years ago, and ordered a specific test nobody else had. Turns out it was a parasitic infection from that trip. He figured it out when no one else could. I'm finally getting better.
Had to get a cyst removed from my back. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Dey explained the whole thing in simple terms while he was marking the spot. The procedure itself was over in what felt like ten minutes. He checked in the next day himself, which I wasn't expecting. The scar is healing really cleanly, too.
The Apollo waiting area was packed, I won't lie. But the nurses at Dr. Dey's clinic were really on the ball. One of them saw I was looking confused by the forms and came over to help without me even asking. They kept things moving, and the whole place felt calm even when it was busy. It made a long day much easier.
My dad, who's 78, was really scared about some test results. Dr. Dey didn't just talk to me; he pulled his chair right up to my dad, looked him in the eye, and explained everything slowly, drawing little diagrams on a notepad. He didn't rush us. You could see my dad physically relax while he was talking. That meant more than anything.
