Patient Experience
Had a persistent stomach issue for weeks. Dr. Saha saw me at Apollo, got straight to the point, ordered the right tests, and had a clear treatment plan ready by my follow-up. Fixed the problem with minimal time off work.
My mother was admitted with a bad infection and we were all scared. Dr. Saha was the one who actually sat us down in the family room and drew a diagram to explain what was happening and the treatment. He called me himself with updates, even late once. It made a stressful time much easier to handle.
Look, I don't like doctors. Was dreading this check-up. But Dr. Saha? No nonsense. Asked good questions, listened, didn't rush. Told me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear. Actually felt like he cared. Parking at Apollo is still a nightmare though.
I went in for what I thought was just bad heartburn. Dr. Saha had this calm way about him—he listened to my whole story, even the bits I thought were silly. He did the basic exam, then paused and said, 'Let's just rule a couple more things out.' That 'couple more things' turned out to be a gallbladder issue I didn't know I had. The waiting room was packed that day, so I was surprised he didn't just send me off with antacids. He took the extra minute to think it through, and honestly, it saved me a lot of pain later.
