Patient Experience
I'd been to three other doctors with this nagging stomach pain and fatigue. Everyone said it was stress. Dr. Ghatak actually sat and listened to every single symptom, even the weird ones I thought were irrelevant. He ordered a specific test the others hadn't, and it turned out to be a tricky parasite. He explained it all with a diagram on his notepad. I'm finally on the right treatment.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Ghatak made it so straightforward. The whole thing took maybe twenty minutes in his clinic at Apollo. He talked me through each step as he did it, which really kept me calm. It healed up perfectly, no fuss at all.
The parking at Apollo was a nightmare that day, completely full. By the time I got to the clinic, I was flustered. But the receptionist was really kind, got me sorted quickly, and the nurse who took my vitals had a lovely, calming way about her. The place just felt efficient and clean. Dr. Ghatak was running a bit behind, but they let us know, which I appreciated.
What stuck with me about Dr. Ghatak was how he talks to you. He doesn't just look at the file; he looks at you. When I was worried about some test results, he didn't dismiss it. He leaned forward, made sure I understood what the numbers meant, and we talked about a plan together. Felt like I was talking to a very smart, very kind uncle who also happens to be a doctor.
