Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Chatterjee for my diabetes and blood pressure for about eight years now. She remembers everything, even small details from my last visit, which makes me feel like I'm in good hands. The clinic at Apollo can get busy, but she never rushes me. I trust her completely because she's consistent—if a treatment isn't working, she's honest about it and we try something else. That's what you want in a family doctor.
As an older person, I find hospital visits quite daunting. Dr. Sataksi Chatterjee made the experience much easier. She speaks clearly and explains things in a way I can understand, without using too much complicated language. She was very kind and took her time. I felt comfortable and well looked after. I would certainly recommend her to others of my age.
Had a bad stomach thing that wouldn't go away. Saw Dr. Chatterjee. She figured it out fast, gave me a clear plan. No fuss. Got better. Good doctor.
I went to Apollo with this nagging fatigue that my local clinic couldn't pin down. I was pretty nervous, thinking the worst. Dr. Chatterjee didn't just order tests; she actually sat and talked with me for a good twenty minutes, asking about my work stress, sleep, everything. She connected dots I didn't even see—turned out it was a mix of a minor vitamin deficiency and really bad anxiety. Her approach was thorough, like she was solving a puzzle. The follow-up call from her assistant to check on me was a nice touch too. Felt like she genuinely cared about fixing the whole problem, not just a symptom.
