Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors for this nagging fatigue and stomach issue, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Tiwari was different. He actually listened to everything, asked questions about things no one else had, and ordered a specific test. Turns out it was a tricky thyroid problem that was messing with my digestion. He explained it all on a notepad, drawing little diagrams. I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere.
Had to get a small cyst removed from my back. Honestly, I was pretty nervous about the whole thing. The procedure itself at Apollo was quick, and Dr. Tiwari talked me through each step as he was doing it. 'Just a little pinch now,' he'd say, which helped a lot. It was over before I knew it, and the recovery was exactly as he described. No surprises, which is what you want.
The parking at Apollo was a nightmare that day, completely full, so I was flustered by the time I got to the clinic. But the front desk lady was really calm and got me sorted quickly. The whole place just felt efficient and clean. Even the nurse who took my vitals had a nice way about her, made a little joke about the weather. It took the edge off a routine check-up.
What I remember most is how Dr. Tiwari sat down with my elderly mother. She gets confused easily. He didn't rush her. He spoke directly to her, in a quiet voice, and checked if she understood after every point. He even wrote down the instructions in big letters for her. You could see her relax. That kind of patience is rare.
