Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors for this nagging fatigue and stomach pain, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Tripti Dubey was different. She actually listened, asked questions about things no one else did, and ordered a specific test the others hadn't. Turns out it was a tricky thyroid issue masquerading as something else. She explained it all on a notepad, drawing little diagrams. I finally feel like I'm getting better, not just being managed.
Had to get a minor cyst removed. Honestly, I was pretty nervous about the whole thing—needles and all that. But Dr. Dubey and her team at Apollo made it so straightforward. The procedure itself was over before I knew it. She checked in the next day herself, which I wasn't expecting. No drama, no fuss, just good care.
The waiting area at Apollo was packed, I won't lie. But once I got in, the nurse who took my vitals was really kind and calmed me down. The whole place just felt efficient and clean. Dr. Dubey's assistant was also great at explaining the paperwork. It's the little things that make a stressful visit easier.
What stuck with me most about Dr. Dubey was how she talked to my elderly mother. She never rushed her, knelt down so they were eye-level, and repeated things patiently without sounding annoyed. You can tell she genuinely sees the person, not just the patient file. That kind of respect is rare.
