He explained every single machine, every test, in such a simple way. He didn't rush. When he said it was a treatable cataract and walked me through the surgery steps, I actually felt the knot in my stomach loosen. I was scared, but he made it feel manageable.

Had a persistent issue with dry, irritated eyes. Went to Nanavati Max. Saw Dr. Himanshu. He diagnosed it quickly, prescribed a new regimen. Explained the cause clearly. Follow-up was efficient. Problem is resolved. Good experience.
