Patient Experience
My dad was admitted with a bad fever and we were all scared. Dr. Neha Patel was the one who actually talked to us, not just the patient. She explained everything in Marathi so my mother could understand, and called me directly with updates. She treated him like her own family, and that meant more than anything.
I was so nervous going to a big hospital for the first time by myself. My hands were shaking in the waiting room. But Dr. Patel was just... calm. She didn't rush me, asked simple questions, and actually listened to my long, rambling explanation. She said 'we'll figure this out together' and I believed her. Left feeling like a weight was off my shoulders.
Had a stubborn cough for weeks. Went to Medicover, saw Dr. Neha Patel. Straight to the point, clear advice, got the right meds. Fixed me up. Good doctor.
It started as a weird pain in my side on a Tuesday. By Thursday, I was at Medicover. The place was busy, parking was a nightmare, and I waited a bit. Dr. Patel came in, tired-looking but focused. She pressed here and there, asked about my job (I sit all day), and didn't just jump to scans. She figured it was a muscle thing from my awful office chair, gave me some stretches. A week later, pain was gone. She solved the puzzle without making it complicated.
