Patient Experience
I'd been to three other doctors with this weird fatigue and stomach pain. Everyone said it was stress. Dr. Chaubal was the first one who actually sat and listened, really listened, to everything I was saying. She ordered a couple of specific tests no one else had thought of, and it turned out to be something pretty rare with my thyroid. She explained it all in a way that finally made sense. I'm on treatment now and feel like myself again.
Had to get a small cyst removed from my back. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Chaubal made it so simple. The whole thing took maybe twenty minutes in her clinic at Lilavati. She talked me through each step, the local anesthetic stung for a second, and that was the worst of it. I was in and out, and the follow-up was just a quick check. Sometimes, simple things are done well, and that matters.
The place was busy, I won't lieparking was a bit of a hunt. But once I got inside, the whole process was smooth. The front desk ladies found my file quickly, and the nurse who took my vitals was really kind, asking about my day. The clinic itself felt calm and clean. It just took the edge off the whole 'hospital visit' anxiety. Dr. Chaubal's team clearly knows what they're doing.
What I'll remember most is how Dr. Chaubal spoke to my elderly mother. Mom gets confused easily and was scared. Dr. Chaubal didn't just talk to me; she knelt down so she was at eye level with Mom, held her hand, and used very simple, gentle words. She didn't rush us. You could see Mom relax. That kind of patience and genuine care is something you don't find everywhere.
