Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of places about my chronic headaches, and everyone said it was just stress. Dr. P. looked at my scans differently. He spent a long time comparing them, pointed out something tiny I'd never heard of, and explained how it could be causing everything. It was a bit scary, but having a real answer, finally, changed my whole treatment plan.
Had to get a shoulder MRI after a fall. Honestly, I was just expecting it to be another hospital trip. But from check-in to the scan itself, everything clicked. The machine was quieter than I thought it'd be. Dr. P. had the report to my regular doctor so fast I barely had time to worry. It was just... easy.
Parking at Nanavati was a nightmare that day, I won't lie. But once I got inside for my scan, the difference was huge. The front desk person saw I was flustered and was really kind. The tech who did my ultrasound explained each step as we went. And Dr. P.'s report was so clear my GP didn't need to translate it for me. The whole team made a long day shorter.
I'm not great with medical stuff—I get nervous and ask too many questions. Dr. P. didn't rush me. He pulled up my scans on the big screen and used plain words, drawing with his finger on the monitor to show me what we were looking at. He even cracked a small joke when he saw how tense I was. Felt like he was talking *with* me, not at me.
