Patient Experience
Needed a doc for a nasty sinus thing that wouldn't quit. Friend recommended Dr. Shrivastava. Got an appointment, she listened, didn't over-prescribe, and told me exactly what to expect. Felt better in a couple days. Straightforward and effective. Parking at Medicover is a nightmare though.
At my age, you see many doctors. Dr. Rashmi is different. She speaks clearly, explains everything without rushing, and has a very calm manner. The hospital is busy, but in her room, I always feel heard. She helped sort out my medication, which was causing some dizziness, and I feel much steadier now. A very good doctor.
I've been seeing Dr. Shrivastava for my blood pressure for about five years now. She remembers the little things, like asking about my daughter's college applications. That's what makes the difference for me. She doesn't just treat the numbers on the chart; she treats me. I've followed her to Medicover because that consistency is hard to find.
I was really nervousjust this general feeling of being unwell for weeks, tired all the time. My first visit, I was fumbling trying to explain it. Dr. Shrivastava just nodded, asked a few specific questions, and ordered some tests I hadn't even thought of. Turned out to be a vitamin deficiency and a thyroid thing starting. She called me herself with the results, walked me through the plan. It wasn't dramatic, but she figured out what was wrong when I just felt lost. That meant a lot.
