Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors for this nagging stomach pain, and everyone just said it was acidity. Dr. Sagar actually sat and listened, asked about things I didn't think were related, like my skin and my energy levels. He ordered some specific tests others hadn't. Turns out it was a tricky gallbladder issue that was easy to miss. He explained the scan results to me with a diagram on his notepad. I finally got the right surgery and feel like myself again.
Needed to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous about any kind of cut, even a minor one. Dr. Kedare walked me through the whole thing in the clinic itselfwhat he'd do, how long it would take, what the scar might look like. The day of the procedure at Medicover, it was over before I knew it. The stitches were really neat. Follow-up was quick, and he just said to call if I had any worries. It was straightforward, no drama.
The hospital itself is nice and clean, but what stood out was the team. My wife was admitted, and from the front desk to the nurses on the floor, everyone was calm and helpful. One nurse even helped me figure out the cafeteria when I was a bit lost. Dr. Sagar's assistant was great at coordinating the discharge papers and follow-up meds. It made a stressful time a lot easier to handle.
You know how some doctors talk to you while staring at the computer? Dr. Sagar isn't like that. He pulls his chair around, looks you in the eye, and just talks. When I was worried about some test results, he didn't rush me. He asked if I understood everything and repeated a couple points without making me feel silly. He's got a quiet, direct way about him that makes you feel heard.
