Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors for this nagging stomach pain that just wouldn't go away. Scans were clear, so they kept saying it was stress. Dr. Shantesh actually sat and listened to my whole history again, asked questions no one else had. He pieced together some old symptoms I'd forgotten about and suggested a different test. Turns out it was a rare type of infection. He figured it out when others didn't, and the treatment worked.
Had to get a small cyst removed from my back. Honestly, I was nervous about the whole thing. Dr. Kaushik explained everything in simple terms, how long it would take, what the scar might look like. The procedure itself was over before I knew it. He even called the next day to check if I was feeling alright. It was a simple thing, but it meant a lot.
The parking at Medicover was a nightmare that day, completely full. I was already stressed about my appointment. But once inside, the front desk lady was really patient helping me find my way. The whole place felt calm and clean, not like some hospitals. Even the nurse who took my vitals had a nice chat with me, which took my mind off things before seeing the doctor.
What I remember most is how Dr. Shantesh talks to you. I'm an older patient, and sometimes doctors rush. He didn't. He pulled up a chair, looked me in the eye, and explained my blood pressure situation like we were just having a conversation. He asked about my daily routine, not just my symptoms. Felt like he saw me as a person, not just a chart.
