At my age, one is often hesitant to trouble a busy doctor. I came to Apollo BGS for a persistent stomach issue, feeling rather anxious. Dr. Raghavendra was very kind. He listened to all my old complaints without any hurry, explained things in a way I could understand, and never made me feel like a burden. The hospital itself is quite large, and I did get a bit turned around finding the department, but the care from the doctor was very reassuring. I left feeling much more at ease.

Had a severe skin infection. Went to Apollo BGS. Dr. Raghavendra diagnosed it quickly, prescribed medication, and gave clear instructions. The treatment worked. No fuss, effective care. Parking was a challenge that day, but the medical part was straightforward.

I was so worried about my constant headaches. Dr. Raghavendra has such a calm way about him. He asked many questions, really listened to my answers, and took the time to explain what might be happening. He didn't just rush to give pills. I felt heard, which meant a great deal. The follow-up was also good; his assistant called to check on me. It was a very positive experience during a stressful time.

Honestly, I was a mess before my appointment! I'd been putting off this check-up for months, convinced they'd find something terrible. Dr. Raghavendra was fantastic—he actually laughed (in a nice way) at how nervous I was and said, 'Let's just have a look and see, no jumping to conclusions.' His whole attitude just took the pressure off. Turns out, it was something very manageable. I walked out of there feeling ten pounds lighter! What a relief.
