Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors about this nagging stomach pain and fatigue, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Satish actually listened. He asked questions about things no one else had, ordered some specific tests, and figured out it was a tricky gallbladder issue that wasn't showing up on the usual scans. The way he explained it, connecting the dots, made so much sense. He got it right when others didn't.
Had to get a small cyst removed from my back. Honestly, I was nervous about any kind of procedure. Dr. Satish and his team at Apollo BGS made it so straightforward. He told me exactly what would happen, the whole thing took maybe twenty minutes, and I was in and out. The stitches were neat, healed perfectly. It was just... easy, which is what you want for something routine.
The hospital itself is big and can feel a bit overwhelming. I got a bit turned around finding the clinic, but one of the ladies at the front desk walked me right there. The whole place in that wing was calm and clean. Even though the parking lot was packed that morning, once I was inside with Dr. Satish's team, everything felt organized and calm.
What really stays with me is how he talks to you. I had a lot of anxiety about my blood pressure readings. He didn't just rattle off numbers and a prescription. He sat down, asked about my week, my diet, and explained how it all fits together in a way that felt like a conversation, not a lecture. He has a very calm, direct way about him that just puts you at ease.
