Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors with this weird fatigue and stomach pain, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Spoorthy Raj actually listened. She asked a ton of questions I hadn't been asked before, ordered some specific tests, and figured out it was a tricky thyroid issue affecting my gut. The parking at Apollo BGS was a nightmare that day, but honestly, it was worth the hassle to finally get a real answer.
Had to get a small cyst removed from my back. I was pretty nervous about it, but Dr. Spoorthy Raj made the whole thing feel normal. She explained each step in the room at Apollo, even showed me the tool. It was over in maybe twenty minutes. Sore for a couple days, but that was it. Just a straightforward thing done well.
The hospital itself is nice and calm, which helps when you're feeling rough. But what really stood out was the nurse at the front desk. I was confused about which wing to go to, and she walked me right to the door of Dr. Spoorthy Raj's clinic. Little things like that make a difference when you're anxious.
Look, I don't really like doctors. I get awkward. But Dr. Spoorthy Raj has this way of talking that doesn't feel rushed. She sat down, didn't look at the clock, and just chatted about what was going on. Felt more like explaining my problem to a smart friend than being examined. That meant a lot.
