Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors about this nagging stomach pain and fatigue, and everyone said it was just stress. Dr. Telhure was different. He actually sat and listened, asked about things no one else had, and ordered some specific tests. Turns out it was a tricky gallbladder issue that wasn't showing up on the standard scans. He explained it all on a notepad, drawing little diagrams. I felt heard for the first time, and more importantly, we finally had a real answer.
Had to get a small cyst removed from my back. Honestly, I was nervous about any kind of procedure. Dr. Telhure made it so simple. He told me exactly what he'd do, step by step, and it was over in what felt like minutes. The whole thing was so straightforward, and the recovery was exactly as he said it would be. No drama, just good, clean work.
The hospital itself is nice and calm, which helps when you're not feeling great. But what really stood out was the team. The lady at the front desk helped me figure out my paperwork when I got flustered, and the nurse who took my vitals was really kind and chatted with me to keep my mind off things. It felt like everyone was on the same page, which made the visit a lot less stressful, even though the parking lot was packed that day.
What I'll remember most about Dr. Telhure is how he talks to you. He doesn't rush. When I was worried about my dad's high blood pressure, he didn't just rattle off medications. He asked about his daily routine, his diet, and then explained the 'why' behind his advice in a way my dad could actually understand. He has this calm way of making you feel like you're in capable hands, without any fuss.
