Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Jadav for my blood pressure for over eight years now, since he was at his old clinic. He remembers the details without always checking the file, which I appreciate. When Apollo opened, I followed him there. The parking situation is worse, but he's the same steady doctor. He doesn't jump to change my meds with every little fluctuation, and that consistency is what I need.
My mother was admitted with a bad chest infection and we were all really scared. Dr. Jadav was the one who actually sat us down in the family room and drew a simple diagram on a notepad to explain what was happening in her lungs. He called my brother himself with updates when he couldn't be there. He treated her, and us, with a lot of patience during a very stressful week.
Had a weird rash that wouldn't go away. Went to Dr. Jadav at Apollo. He took a look, asked a few questions, prescribed a cream. Rash cleared up in a few days. Straightforward, no fuss. That's what I wanted.
So, I went in for what I thought was just a really bad stomach bug. Felt awful. Dr. Jadav listened, then asked if I'd had any pain in my big toe recently, which seemed random. I had, a few weeks back, but didn't think anything of it. That question led to some blood tests, and turns out it was a gout flare-up affecting my gut, not a bug at all. I was skeptical at first, but he connected dots I never would have. Got me on the right treatment and I felt better within 48 hours. Clever diagnosis.
