Patient Experience
Been seeing Dr. Reddy for my blood pressure and general health for about five years now. What I appreciate is that he remembers me, remembers my history, and doesn't just rush to change my meds every visit. He listens to how I'm actually feeling day-to-day. At Medicover, the staff knows me too, which makes the whole thing less stressful. It's that consistency you look for in a family doctor.
I was really nervous going infirst time seeing a doctor here and I was worried it might be something serious. Dr. Reddy was so calm. He actually let me explain everything without interrupting, and then walked me through what he thought it was (just a bad stomach bug) and why. He didn't make me feel silly for being worried. Left feeling a lot lighter than when I walked in, even if the parking lot was a nightmare.
Had a bad fever that wouldn't break. Went to Medicover, saw Dr. Reddy. He was straight to the point, asked the right questions, gave me a clear prescription and told me exactly what to watch for. Got better in a couple days. Good experience.
So, I'd been feeling run down for weeks. Tired, no energy. I finally dragged myself to Medicover Hospitals. The wait was a bit long, I won't lie, but when I got in to see Dr. C Vijay Amaranatha Reddy, he spent a solid 15 minutes just asking questions. Not just 'where does it hurt,' but about my work stress, my sleep, everything. He ordered a couple of tests I hadn't even thought of. Turns out my vitamin levels were way off. Started the supplements he suggested, and honestly, after two weeks, I felt like a different person. It wasn't magic, it was just someone taking the time to connect the dots.
