Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors about this constant fatigue and stomach pain. They all said it was stress. Dr. Chakravarthy actually listened to everything, asked a lot of questions I hadn't been asked before, and ordered some specific tests. Turns out it was a tricky thyroid issue affecting my gut. He explained it in a way that finally made sense. I'm on treatment now and feel like myself again.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was pretty nervous about the whole thing. The procedure at Apollo was straightforward, though. Dr. Chakravarthy talked me through each step before he did it, which helped a lot. It was over quickly, and the recovery was exactly as he said it would be—no surprises. Felt very routine, in a good way.
The hospital itself is nice and clean, I'll say that. But what really stood out was the front desk lady who checked me in. I was early and flustered because parking was a bit of a hunt. She was so calm, got my paperwork sorted fast, and even walked me to the right waiting area. That kind of help when you're anxious makes a big difference before you even see the doctor.
What I liked about Dr. Chakravarthy is that he doesn't just talk at you. During my check-up, he sat down, looked at me, and asked how work and family were going. He remembered my kid was studying for exams last time. It felt like a conversation with someone who actually sees you as a person, not just a chart. That matters more than anything sometimes.
