Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors for months with this nagging pain and fatigue, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Reddy actually listened. He asked questions about things no one else had, ordered some specific tests, and figured out it was a tricky autoimmune thing. He explained it all with a diagram on his notepad, which made a scary diagnosis feel manageable. I'm on a treatment plan now and finally starting to feel like myself.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but the whole thing was so straightforward. Dr. Reddy walked me through exactly what he'd do, the procedure itself was quick, and the recovery was exactly as he said it would be. No surprises, no drama. Sometimes you just want things to be simple, and it was.
The Apollo facility is really clean and calm, which helps when you're anxious. But what stood out was the front desk lady, Shanti, I think. I was flustered because parking was full and I was running late. She was so kind, got me checked in quickly, and even remembered my name when I left. It's those little things that make a difference. Dr. Reddy was great, but the whole team there just works well together.
What I liked about Dr. Reddy is he doesn't talk down to you. My dad, who's 78, was his patient. Dr. Reddy would sit right next to him, speak clearly, and check if he understood everything. He has this calm, patient way about him. He didn't rush us out, even when we had a list of questions. Makes you feel like you're in good hands, not just on an assembly line.
