The hospital is quite large, and I did feel a bit lost, but the staff guided us kindly. Dr. Rao has a very calm way about him. He listened to my old stories without rushing, explained everything about my treatment in simple terms, and made sure I was comfortable. I felt heard, which is a rare thing these days. My recovery has been steady, and for that, I am truly grateful.
