Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Anita Kaul for my diabetes and high blood pressure for over eight years now. What I appreciate most is that she remembers me, remembers my history, and never rushes. She explains things in a way that makes sense, and if a treatment isn't working, she's quick to suggest a different approach. It's that kind of steady, reliable care that makes all the difference when you're managing a long-term condition. You just know you're in good hands.
Had my gallbladder out last month. The first couple days after surgery were rough, I won't lie. But Dr. Kaul and her team were really clear about the pain plan and what to expect. She checked on me every day in the hospital, not just a quick pop-in, but actually asking about the pain level and how I was moving. It made the whole recovery feel less scary and more manageable.
Dr. Kaul is great. Fixed up a nasty sinus infection I couldn't shake. Got straight to the point, prescription worked. Wait was a bit long, but she didn't rush once I was in the room.
I went to Apollo with what I thought was just a bad stomach bug. Felt awful, and honestly, a bit embarrassed to be there for something that seemed minor. Dr. Kaul listened to everything, asked a bunch of questions I hadn't even thought about, and did a thorough exam. Turns out it was a kidney thing starting. She caught it early, explained exactly what was happening without talking down to me, and set up a treatment plan right there. The whole thing was a wake-up call, but I left feeling informed and, weirdly, relieved that someone had actually figured it out.
