My appointment with Dr. Kanika Narang was for a persistent cough. At my age, new doctors can make one feel a bit uncertain, but she put me at ease immediately. She listened to my entire history without rushing, and her explanations were clear and kind. The hospital itself is large, and I did get a little turned around finding the department, but the staff were helpful. I left feeling properly looked after and with a plan I understand.

Had a severe stomach issue. Went to Apollo Delhi. Dr. Narang saw me, asked direct questions, ordered the right tests. Got a diagnosis quickly. Treatment worked. No nonsense, efficient. Follow-up was clear.

I was quite worried about some ongoing fatigue and general unwellness. Dr. Narang has a very calm way about her. She took everything I said seriously and didn't dismiss my concerns. We worked through the possibilities together. It wasn't anything major in the end, but I'm so grateful she took the time to make sure. She’s a very good listener.
