Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors for this nagging fatigue and weird joint pain. Everyone said it was stress. Dr. Chib was different. She actually listened, asked about things no one else did, and ordered some specific tests. Turns out it was something pretty rare. She explained it all without making me feel stupid, and we finally had a real plan. Apollo's a big place, but she made me feel like my case mattered.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Chib talked me through the whole thing in the clinic itself. The procedure itself was over in what felt like minutes. A bit sore afterwards, sure, but she gave clear instructions and it healed up just fine. It was one of those things you build up in your head, but it was straightforward.
The parking at Apollo was a nightmare that day, completely full. I was flustered by the time I got to the clinic. But the front desk lady was really calm and got me sorted quickly. The whole place just felt efficient, not cold. Even the nurse who took my vitals had a nice smile. It made a stressful start much easier to handle.
What I remember most is how Dr. Chib sat down. She didn't stand by the door. When I got my diagnosis, which was scary, she just sat with me for a few extra minutes and let me process it. She has a quiet way about her that's very reassuring. You don't feel rushed out the door.
