Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors for this nagging fatigue and weird joint pain. Everyone said it was stress or maybe just getting older. Dr. Sanjna Nayar was the first one who actually sat and listened, really listened, to all the little things I thought were silly to mention. She ordered some specific tests others hadn't, and it turned out to be something pretty rare. She explained it all to me without making me feel stupid, and we finally had a real plan. It was a huge relief just to have an answer.
Had to get a minor cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Nayar made the whole thing feel like a non-event. She walked me through exactly what would happen, the actual procedure was over in what felt like minutes, and the follow-up was straightforward. No drama, no fuss. Sometimes you just want things to be simple and efficient, and that's exactly what it was.
The Apollo facility is nice, sure, but what stood out for me was the team. From the front desk person who helped me figure out the paperwork to the nurse who saw I was anxious and just chatted with me about my commute—it made a long wait much easier. Dr. Nayar's clinic runs like a well-oiled machine, but the people in it are genuinely kind. Even the guy who cleaned the waiting area had a smile.
What I remember most is how Dr. Nayar talked to my elderly mother. She didn't just talk to me, the 'responsible adult.' She got down on my mom's level, made eye contact, and spoke clearly and patiently, checking if she understood. She has this calm, no-rush way about her that just puts you at ease. You feel like you're her only patient that day, even though you know the waiting room is packed.
