Patient Experience
I'd been to three other doctors with this nagging stomach pain and fatigue. Everyone said it was just stress. Dr. Naruka was the first one who actually sat and listened, really listened, to everything I was saying. He ordered a specific test the others hadn't, and it turned out to be a tricky parasite. He explained it all with a diagram on his notepad. I'm finally on the right treatment and starting to feel like myself.
Had to get a small cyst removed from my back. Honestly, I was more worried about the scar than the procedure. Dr. Naruka was so calm about it all. The whole thing took maybe twenty minutes, and he kept chatting with me about Delhi's weather to keep my mind off it. Hardly felt a thing. The cut is so neat my wife says you can barely see it now.
The place was busy, I won't lie. Had to circle for parking. But once I got inside, the lady at the front desk saw I was flustered and helped me right away. The nurse who took my vitals was really kind, and even though the doctor was running a little late, someone came to tell us. The whole team at Apollo just made a stressful day feel manageable.
What I remember most is how he talked to my elderly mother. She was scared about her blood pressure meds. He didn't just rattle off instructions; he pulled his chair closer, looked her in the eye, and explained it in simple terms until she nodded and said she understood. He has a way of making you feel like you're the only person in the room.
