Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Sathish Yadav for my blood pressure and general health for about five years now, since before he moved to Medicover. What I appreciate most is that he remembers me. He knows my history without having to dig through the file every single time. His advice is always practicallike suggesting a simple diet change before jumping to more pills. The new hospital is nice, but honestly, I'd follow him to any clinic. You just don't find that kind of steady, reliable care much anymore.
My 8-year-old son had a high fever that wouldn't break, and he was so listless it scared us. We took him to Medicover and saw Dr. Yadav. He was so calm with my son, talking to him directly in a gentle voice instead of just to us. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense to a worried parentwhat the fever was doing, why he was prescribing a specific antibiotic, what to watch for. He even called the next afternoon to check on him. My boy bounced back in a couple of days. As a parent, that kind of follow-up means everything.
Had a bad stomach thing last week. Went to Medicover, saw Dr. Yadav. He was straight to the point, figured it out fast. Got the right meds, feeling better now. No fuss.
So, I woke up with this sharp pain in my side, and after googling (bad idea), I was convinced it was something serious. I got to Medicover, and the parking lot was packedtook me ten minutes to find a spot. By the time I saw Dr. Yadav, I was pretty anxious. He did the examination, asked a bunch of questions about what I'd eaten, and then just smiled a little. He said it was likely a muscle spasm, probably from how I'd been sleeping, but ordered a quick scan just to be absolutely sure. While we waited for the scan results, he chatted about normal stuff, which really helped my nerves. He was right, it was just a spasm. The whole thing could have been a stressful blur, but he made it feel manageable.
